Windows: Sample by sample inspection

Description of parameters:

The Sample by sample inspection window: Place the cursor at any point of the waveform, and you can see a sample by sample "blow up". If it is a stereo waveform the two channels are shown in blue & red.

You can "steer" the window by using the arrow-keys.
